This notice covers the myehrdata.com website only. It does not cover the My EHR Data service, which is governed by the agreements between My EHR Data, Inc., each health insurance plan and its members.
What this website collects
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. My EHR Data uses these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this notice will be updated before it does.
When someone emails My EHR Data, the message and the reply are kept so the conversation can continue. Nobody is added to a mailing list.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. My EHR Data does not sell or share visitor data.
